We participate in BatteryNL because we see that battery storage is crucial for the energy system integration, in combating grid congestion and optimizing energy efficiency. We want to expand our own knowledge base on batteries so that we can inform our network on battery usage in mobility, the built environment, network services and other applications through additional innovation projects and educational programs.
Our expertise lies in making impactful connections between people and knowledge to drive change in our energy system. New Energy Coalition stimulates the energy transition with Research & Innovation and Human Capital programs. We know the barriers the energy system is facing in its transition, and we keep up to date with the innovation landscape to make sure we can accelerate innovation implementation, develop business activity and train the required workforce in a concerted effort.
